JOAN BAEZ and PETROGLYPH
    JOIN for a SILENT AUCTION
TO BENEFIT EAST PALO ALTO KIDS

    Ends Sunday 28 June 1998

She has painted a number of her artworks "UDLH" -- upside down, left handed. She says its challenging and fun that way.

Petroglyph is proud to join with Joan Baez to create this special event. More than 25 fine artworks painted by Joan over the past few months are being auctioned off between now and the big event on June 28. Some works are only available for bidding over the internet, at Joan's Website. Proceeds from the silent auction will go to the acclaimed East Palo Alto Tennis and Tutoring Program. Own a fine ceramic artpiece, infused with the creativity, talent and wit of the world reknown musician and social activist. Come by Petroglyph in downtown Palo Alto during the month of June to see her works on display. The grand finale event is on June 28th from 2-5pm for the final bidding. Hang out with Joan while she paints with kids from the East Palo Alto program, and livens up the studio with her tremendous heart and spirit.
