Hi friends!
The holidays are upon us: your hand-painted ceramics are such wonderful, personal gifts that you could fill your whole gift list in an afternoon of painting, or you could simply make that one super special gift. But whatever you decide to do, do it before mid-December. The studios get very busy as Christmas approaches and the turn-around time on pieces can extend. Each studio will post their "last day" deadline in order to guarantee a pre-Christmas completion--but don't wait until the last minute. Avoid the crowd and the rush and relax now, painting presents and enjoying the Petroglyph vibe.
We are renewing our commitment to you, our customers and friends, to keep Petroglyph fresh, upscale, inspiring and as creative as ever. Now that we are parents of two young kids, we realize some of our shortcomings with regard to kid-friendliness at some studios; we will continue to work on store designs to better accommodate parents and young painters. Look for improvements in these areas in 2006. But we're not forgetting you singles and adults: evenings continue to be relatively mature gatherings. Corporate parties (both the private kind and the more casual ones) are good ways to share with your co-workers, laugh, play and use brain muscles sometimes dormant in the regular cube-farm. Get rejuvenated!
