ITALIAN BRUSHSTROKE CLASS You've heard about this one. It's one of our most popular current classes. Learn paint techniques that are fundamental to many styles of ceramic paint design. We now offer a few variations on the original course, including new projects and both a beginning and a more advanced version.

Traditional Italian Brushstroke $35 Paint a handy pitcher in Tuscan style using only a few easy brushstrokes. These basic techniques can see you through many future projects, and we're sure you'll be delighted with your results. FRENCH QUIMPER - Petal Salad Plate $35 It's much easier than it looks to paint a lovely salad or serving plate in the style of the Quimper (pronounced Cam-pair) region of southern France. TEAMIND: An Introduction to 6 Fine Teas and their Appreciation. Tea is a personal and creative endeavor, and Petroglyph is here to introduce you to something we barely knew existed only months ago. Our lives have been changed by a new understanding of tea -- a far cry from the teabags and bitter water we once thought was "tea." BOOKBINDING: MAKE YOUR JOURNAL or SCRAPBOOK A master of bookbinding and fine paperwork will take you through the personalization of small books; make a photo book, an artist's sketchbook, or private journal. Once PetroCertified, you can do all kinds of great personalization projects in the Lounge. The talented Sherry Sheffield Doughtery takes leave of her Sheffield Press to Master this course from the Santa Cruz studio. PIQUE ASSIETTE: broken dish mosaics Beyond the intense satisfaction of breaking ceramics comes the joy of reworking those pieces into beautiful mosaics - covering stepping stones, tiles, vases, frames, mirrors, and even tabletops.
